BOLIVIA, Potosí, cob 8 reales, (1651-52) E, with crown-alone countermark on shield. S-P36; KM-19b; Cal-Type 327. 23.54 grams. Nice full cross and shield, the latter slightly doubled but with bold E to left, full countermark to left of center, and full king's ordinal IIII in legend, good full cross with interesting bold A and O in legend (for ANO) separated by a big blank area (probably due to doubling, date at top not visible), practically no corrosion, toned in crevices and on part of edge. Recovered from: Capitana, sunk in 1654 off Chanduy, Ecuador
